DrPeering
DrPeering
The DrPeering web site has one Mission: to evangelize Internet peering. It accomplishes this through three complementary activities:
Internet Peering Knowledge Center
First, this site is a repository for Internet Peering White Papers, Presentations, and links to other peering resources on the web.
Additionally, over one thousand people have subscribed to the RSS Feed ask.DrPeering.net where we answer common peering questions, identify topics of interest to the Peering Community, and share things we learn from the field.
These activities are funded by the sponsors (to the right), through google ads, but predominantly through private workshop and consulting activities described next.
2-day Internet Peering Workshop
DrPeering consultants lead a confidential on-site two-day peering workshop. After the workshop, participants will understand Peering - the definitions, the processes, the international and domestic ecosystems and motivations of the players, and the peering playbook for ISPs and Internet Exchange Point Operators.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have an operational understanding of peering and be prepared to create a strategic peering plan with a Peering Policy and a multi-disciplinary peering team.
The workshop is based on over twelve years of peering research and thousands of interviews within the peering community.
